Here is an update from Analie Steinway regarding refunds in Hourly Rev Share:

As I promised, I am starting refunds from today and want to inform everyone how refunds will go through.Refunds will be paid partially every week and aim to complete within 8-10 weeks minimum, but by the end everyone due a refund will get paid. Trying my level best to facilitate everyone, but again, I am human, not machine. Will do my best to complete as much as possible in that time, need all of your support and love. Want to see all of you happy, cheerful and prosper.
Bank wire partial refunds also already started. STP refunds will start from tomorrow, 8th August. As STP and Bank wire refunds are done, Egopay and PM will start, as PM and EGO has more refunds so it will be started with final checking. I will update you as STP and Bank wire finish, and Egopay / PM starts. Thanks once again for all of your, love patience and care.
I have one humble request; please kindly post when you receive your refund that you were paid, in the forums and chat rooms, so that all will know that refund payments are going out day by day, week by week. I am working as hard as I can to complete all refunds. This is a massive job, and it will take time.
Please, I need you to be supportive and patient, understand that I cannot pay everyone all at the same time. It does not help anyone to be impatient and posting bad comments in the forums and chat. Please keep your patience and I will complete all refunds as soon as I can.
Any member needing to contact regarding a specific issue or problem can use the Contact Us link on the site. It will once again point to the Contact Form and I will pick up messages from there.
PLEASE DO NOT flood me with “when will my refund be paid?” messages. I know you are all waiting, but filling up the contact form inbox with those kind of messages will only slow me down. I do not have time to answer any such messages.
One other important thing:
Moni has been a great support to me over the recent months, managing our support department up until recently. She voluntarily worked many long hours and days to deal with member issues, along with a team of helpdesk agents.
Now that HRS is closing, I want to thank Moni and her team for everything they have done for HRS and the members.
I am very aware that Moni in particular has received very harsh treatment from some of our members, all of it undeserved. Moni has never been admin, or responsible in any way for any part of HRS business, apart from support/helpdesk and cleaning up my newletters for me.
I am the sole decision maker in HRS, not Moni nor anyone else. To accuse her of any wrongdoing is completely inappropriate and cruel. Moni informed me some weeks ago that she is moving on to other things. I want to make it official now that she is no longer involved in any way with HourlyRevShare. I will miss her loyal support and wish her only the very best for the future.
