2013-07-09 300% – 500% Cash Withdrawal Rules 300% – 500% Cash Withdrawal Rules We’re seeing a lot of confusion regarding this on Facebook and in other venues. Here are the basics:

For a spend of $1000 worth of Advertising (Ad Packs, including any reinstated Ad Packs from HRS-I), you are entitled to withdraw up to $3000 in net cash withdrawals, after repurchasing commitment and fees, before you need to make a qualifying new purchase.For a spend of $2000, that figure rises to $6000.
Let’s use the $2000 spend scenario (without sponsoring) to run the numbers 🙂
If you take out $500 at a time (minus the 30% repurchase condition of $150 and minus the 3% cashout admin fee of $10.50) your net withdrawal is $339.50.
At the 300% rate, ie. without sponsoring, you can withdraw at least 17 times @ $339.50 (17 x $339.50 = $5771.50) and still have a residual $228.50 withdrawal allowance before reaching the $6000 threshold.
The 400% limit applies if you sponsor others whose spend matches or exceeds yours, but is NOT double the amount you spent.
The 500% limit applies if you sponsor others whose spend is double the amount you spent.
