Some issues with payouts: be sure to be verified in STP for example to be able to receive bigger amounts.
Some countries also have limits, stick to the limits, otherwise withdrawal requests cannot be filled.
Payouts DO take 5-7 biz days = 6-9 days!!
Some get paid earlier, some later, there is a queue. PLEASE DO NOT send tickets!!!
Anelie is looking at the HRS membership as FAMILY.
And as such we should treat each other as family would!
Please don’t abuse the other members or Moni in the skype rooms. We all are experiencing the same things. We are all in this together. Anelie and Moni do a tremendous amount of work behind the scenes for us, to be able to make a great income for us.
The income we can make will make a difference in the world. Please behave, be dignified, try to keep it under control.
We have been though challenging times and we will probably go through challenging times again, that’s how business goes. So be cool, and behave.

Anelie and Moni are reviewing the hosting and servers and security constantly, to keep everybody safe and they have to focus on these things and cannot waste time with endless annoying and negative chats…
Payouts are almost done, everybody will be paid, if not, then check your settings!! and money will be returned to your wallet.
Liberty Reserve to STP moves should be finalized be the end of this week. Most refunds are done.
Send in ticket if you cannot use STP in your countries and use alternative and send ticket to let HRS know.

You cannot request to withdraw $5000 when your STP only allows $500 for example.
International STP debit card is worth while getting !!
Weekly withdrawal requests: once a week: commission one week, earnings the other week? Question to Moni.
Server time at 0:00 (midnight Monday to Tuesday, London Time) for 24 hrs, once request per member.

DON’T drain your account too quickly because you will decrease your earnings.
